Trainer

As a trainer at Cleo-Academy, you give professionals the knowledge and skills to do their jobs better and smarter. You develop and/or provide training courses on topics such as cleanroom behavior and contamination control.

You work with all kinds of target groups: cleaners, engineers, beginners, professionals, directors, quality managers. This requires adaptability, curiosity and the ability to properly assess what your group needs. You know how to translate complex content into understandable and engaging lessons that stick.

• You are curious, eager to learn and are good at explaining.
• You get energy from working with different people and target groups.
• You can switch between different target groups and adjust your approach and language accordingly.
• You have an affinity or interest in clean working environments, such as a clean room.
• Experience as a trainer is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement. Enthusiasm and ability to learn are just as important.
