Cleo-Academy is the training institute for professionals in clean rooms and controlled environments. We believe that good work starts with knowledge: about the work environment, about the guidelines and about your own role in the bigger picture. Cleo Academy's mission
Our mission is clear: to strengthen employees in their skills and to make them aware of their crucial role in the entire process. Whether it's the high-tech industry, pharmacy or healthcare, in a controlled environment, every detail counts. With the motto “When clean isn't clean enough”, we set the bar high. Not from control, but from trust, responsibility and pride in craftsmanship.
We train in small groups, with a lot of attention for the individual. Our programs are hands-on, interactive and tailored to practice. In addition, we combine technical knowledge with behavioral learning, because knowing what to do alone is not enough, it's about actually doing it.
Leonieke Cornelissen; founder and driving force
Cleo Academy was founded by Leonieke Cornelissen. After years of experience in the cleanroom sector as a trainer and trainer, she decided to make her dream come true: her own academy, built on expertise, commitment and a strong vision.
